Retainer or Invoice Payment - A retainer is an advance payment and deposit of legal fees, services, and costs. It is not a guarantee or estimate as to the amount of our legal services or what litigation will cost. A payment for current current invoice is for legal fees and costs earned and now due.
This credit card payment service is for current clients ONLY. If a payment cannot be matched to an existing account, we will reject the credit card payment. A client must sign a credit card pre-authorization form agreeing to pay with a card. A formal attorney-client relationship exists only after a Representation Agreement has been signed by both the attorney and the client addressing the scope of the representation and the appropriate retainer and/or fees have been paid to the Quintana Law Firm, LLC. Please note that, due to bank processing times, it may take 2-3 business days before your account reflects your payment.
